On average: Every 500 miles. This can vary depending on the shoe and how much wear and tear you put on it. Even if outer sole looks good, midsole underneath can still be worn down. Every 500 miles is a good rule of thumb.

Your height : And weight do not determine when to change a sneaker. It is more how much wear and tear is on the sneaker. Turn it over inspect the tread pattern, see if it is worn away. Check the innermost and see the quality of it if that is showing wear and tear....Use your common sense.....If the bottom is worn away - time for new sneaker..
