UTI: This could be a urinary tract infection. Utis are classically described as causing someone to feel like they have to urinate frequently. When they get the feeling it is very urgent. It is also usually painful to urinate.

You certainly may have a bladder infection, but an overactive bladder or a blockage of the bladder from scar tissue are also possible explanations. Without question, you need to be evaluated by a physician. A urinalysis, urine culture and bladder scan to evaluated your ability to empty your bladder needs to be performed.
