Infection possible: These symptoms are suggestive of a urinary tract infection or inflammation of the urethra ( tube carrying urine from the bladder to the outside). Please see a doctor for examination and appropriate tests.

What does it mean when your bladder feels full all the time and it hurts a little when you pee?
I have a constant feeling of needing to pee. It almost hurts, and when I do go i only go a little and the sense of urgency does not change. It is constant and very uncomfortable. It does not hurt when i go, but it feels like my bladder is still full.
