Probably not vodka: You are describing an allergic reaction, but it is very unlikely that vodka is the cause. I would suspect additives to the drink, or food that you had with it. The "bubbles" should go away soon. As long as you are not having difficulty breathing, you an wait it out. It's important to figure out what caused the reaction, though, because next time it can be more severe.
