Uti: Strange smelly urine may not mean that one has a uti. Symptoms of a bladder infection may consist of burning discomfort when urinating, frequent need to urinate, and urinating only small drops or amount each time. Smells may be associated w/ food eaten. But fishy odor when one pees may actually be coming from the vagina as a result of a vaginal infection. See doc.
