My right side in m lower ribs is killing me. i can't breathe, can't eat, can't sit, cand stand, and can't even lay down without it hurting. what is wrong?

Need urgent eval: Would encourage urgent eval- pain in mid rt side can be related to many things including gallbladder d/s, gastric ulcer & other GI issues/ pneumonia etc.. I am more concerned that your pain is severe and not changing- it would be helpful to know if you have other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting diarrhea, breathing problems- either way- i feel urgency in this message- so go get checked out.
