Need urgent eval: Would encourage urgent eval- pain in mid rt side can be related to many things including appendicitis, kidney stone, gallbladder d/s and other GI issues. I am more concerned that your pain is severe and not changing- it would be helpful to know if you have other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting diarrhea, breathing problems- either way- i feel urgency in this message- so go get checked out.
