A rare side effect: If mild, you may not feel anything at all. If severe and prolonged, you may have trouble with your heart--right-sided heart strain/failure. You may notice neck vein distention. You may notice shortness of breath, especially on exertion etc..If you used Phentermine for longer than 6 month, or have any such symptoms above, consult doc. An echocardiogram (ultrasound) can show this. Best of luck.
