No: Blood vessels around the nodule have nothing to do with the cancer risk of the nodule. They just make it harder to do the biopsy. It's unusual to not be able to do a biopsy due to the blood vessels because you can get at it from many different angle. Talk to your doctor about your option. Perhaps see someone else who could do the biopsy using better equipment.

No: The presence of blood vessels around a nodule does not by itself indicate malignancy.You need to find a more experienced radiologist who can do the FNA despite the presence of surrounding blood vessels.
