My gf got told she has cancer again she can't have surgery due to a heart problem and she refused chemo ?

You need facts: You have to know all facts, what type of cancer, location , stage, of disease, most of the time heart problem could be controlled during pre operative preparation , and what type of chemotherapy you have to provide all these to give a scientific answer for you, from any of us. She has right not to tell you also to protect her privacy.
