Depends: I am a kidney doctor. Seems like your kidney failure was because of BP of 50/30 which was a result of severe blood loss. Please check with your obstetrician about cause of bleeding first time. Also, you may want to know whether your kidney function resolved completely last time after failure or not. If it did not then your kidneys may be at risk of worsening function with future pregnancies.
