I hope you: Have quit smoking and tobacco. Your neck cracking, if related to lung cancer, would be advanced, but it is more likely to be non-cancer. This needs a doctor, an exam, and imaging if necessary to address your concern.

Not really: First you should stop smoking, you are concerned &causes cancer early lung cancers will not produce any symptoms, majority are detected in late stages when no longer curable. Your cracks may some other reason like early arthritis, etc and see your doctor.
