See below: The trigeminal nerve's 3 branches provide sensation to the areas you describe as well as motor control of the jaw muscles. If you had a blistery rash, it might be shingles (which would have appeared sooner than 2 weeks). Trigeminal neuralgia usually affects older people but can be seen in younger. See a neurologist for definitive diagnosis & treatment (the sooner the better in order to get relief).
