Heel pain: Most common cause of heel pain is heel spur syndrome plantar fasciitis. Various treatments include stretching, physical therapy, taping, injections, oral medications, orthotics and in rare case surgery. Other causes such as stress fracture, neuroma, foreign body or wart can also cause heel pain. A podiatrist can determine the cause and offer treatment options.
