Tendinitis : You may have a plantar fasciitis or an Achilles' tendonitis. Ther are exercises available which may help and an anti inflammatory such as Aleeve or Ibuprofen would help.. Your doctor could make a definitive diagnosis and then refer you I f necessary to a physiotherapist who would Healy you with the exercises and perhaps use ultrasound as well. Good Luck

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. What you described suggests planter fasciitis. You may consult this site for information on this topic and suggestions for treatment: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/plantar-fasciitis/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20354851 Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
