Better management: You need to think carefully about what may bring them on. Poor sleep? Stress? Bad diet? Change in the weather? Menstruation? Medication effects? You need to have medications ready to start at the first sign of a migraine. Try different methods and use enough medication to abort the event. If necessary, preventative daily medication may be appropriate. Discuss these issues with your md.
