Can u have normal lft and normal kidney function tests and all radiology tests negative but still have kidney or liver cancer?

Yes: Kidney cancer rarely causes liver function changes unless the patient presents with stoffler's syndrome. This is liver dysfunction in the setting of a renal mass. If the liver cancer is not large, the liver function may be normal. Hope this helps.

Why are you worried?: What is it that makes you worried about possible liver or renal (kidney) cancer? What kind of imaging was already done (contrast enhanced MRI or multiphase contrast enhanced ct)?
