I have right angled glaucoma, can it cause headaches

Unlikely: You most likely have open angle glaucoma which is a slow, generally asymptomatic disease. Treatment can be highly effective but headaches are not a symptom. You may have other causes for headaches and need to discuss this with your family doctor.

Glaucoma: I am not sure what you mean by "right angled glaucoma" but glaucoma can cause increased intraocular pressues and headaches if severe. I would recommend seeing an eye doctor for evaluation as soon as possible.
