HC and Lotrimin (clotrimazole): This may be either eczema or fungus. You could try a combination of lotrimin (clotrimazole) and Hydrocortisone lotion twice a day. If it imporoves greatly within a few days, continue for a few weeks. If not, see a dermatologist for a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Rash going on 9 months. Not fungal/allergy. Sweating/itching make it worse. Not raised, dry or scaly. Cortisone only stops itching. Left thigh only.
