Warm water: Warm to hot water -- not to cook yourself but to enjoy. You can put some epsom salts in the water too. There are prepared blends that have some lavender or other herbal aromatherapies that might be pleasant for you. I believe i answered this question earlier, also suggesting that you need to see your doctor for an evaluation of your back & your anxiety. Good luck.
