Normal: It is normal to have difficulty adjusting to your parents divorce. The best thing is to find a supportive place to talk about it. Start with friends and those already close to you. Siblings and other family members as well can be helpful. You may want to consider seeing a therapist who can help you through this transition period. Many emotions are normal, talking about it helps!

Talk over what is going on with a close friend. 2. Take that friend with you when you go see your doctor to talk about this. 3. Remember you are loved.
