Exercise: It will increase your metabolism , making you burn more calories, you will have more energy, less stress this will cause less stress eating . Add to this a well balanced diet like, weight watchers or south beach. And before you know it you will lose weight. There is no magic. Diet pills for the most part are not worth the package they were put in.

Better to lose weigh: w/o pills. To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises. Orlistat is over-the-counter.
