Best diet pills for womens?

None: The only way to lose weight, keep it off, and stay healthy is to approach it sensibly. Eat more vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, lean meats (in that order). Eat smaller amounts of the dense calorie-rich foods. Most people can eat as many vegetables as they want. Exercise- start slow if you're not used to it. See your doctor to make sure there isn't any medical problem complicating the process.

No best diet pill: I can’t personally make recommendations for weight loss products but the following are FDA approved: Alli, Xenical (orlistat) ,Meridia (sibutramine), Adipex-P (phentermine & Sanorex (mazindol). To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 -8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit
