DRE: Dre was used for screening of prostate cancer. It was never a recommeded test for prostate screening. And now screening for prostate cancer is no longer recommended based on usps task force recommendations.

Incorrect: She needs to refer patients to a urologist if she prefers not to do these exams. A prostatic nodule can sometimes be found that may be cancerous and does not correlate with elevated psa.
