Tests Will Answer: A couple (or even one) test can give you an answer. It could be pregnancy, a thyroid disorder, or more likely a miscommunication between your ovaries and your pituitary gland. Simple testing can get the answer and find you a fix. Don't worry- just make an appointment.

Check preg test: First step is to check a pregnancy test at home. Anyone having sex is at risk for pregnancy. A home pregnancy test is cheap and reliable. If positive then this explains your symptoms. If negative then schedule a routine visit to discuss more effective birth control and irregular periods.
