Should get evaluated: Pain that far out from an injury suggests there may have been a fracture. The only way to know for sure is to be evaluated, and you may require a ct. Signs of fracture (broken bone) may include pain with biting, malocclusion (feeling your teeth don't line up), double vision (esp. W/ up gaze), persistent deformity (sunken cheek, crooked nose). You may or may not need treatment for a fracture.
