Tough disease: Chronic sinusitis is a difficult disease. There are several potential causes of cs: allergy, immunodeficiency, structural abnormalities. In general, cs is felt to be a chronic inflammatory disease. Treatment involves correction of abnormal anatomy, eval for allergy and immunodeficiency, aggressive anti inflammatory treatment.
