Yes First biopsy: Yes , first need biopsy , if it is benign , possible to remove through endoscope , other wise even if it is malignant could be resected (along with ileum and cecum ) by laparoscope.

Certainly feasible: Depends on your surgeon, the biopsy results, the preop workup including ct scan, and whether you have had prior abdominal surgery and for what. Usually the surgery will involve removal of the last part of small bowel and the entire right/ascending colon, and hooking the small bowel to the transverse colon. All feasible generally with laparoscopy if surgeon is experienced in lap surgery.
