There is a chance: Since you are still able to feel it, the nerve is still functional. I am not sure if you already had injection/therapy, or nerve decompression surgery done yet. If you have not had the surgery, you may need this done to regain your tricep. Don't wait too long because the neuropathy (degeneration of the nerve) maybe irreversible. Consult doc. Good luck.
