Yes: If you truly have hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (low lh/fsh ; low testosterone), depending on the cause there are treatments that can induce increased sperm production such as pulsatile luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (lhrh) via a pump or, more commonly, with a schedule of injections of human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and follicle-stimulating hormone (fsh).
