There is help: There's help available in the form of certain medications you could take for a while to help control your symptoms. Because you describe a very definite period of time when you have difficulties, if you were my patient, i would strongly consider prescribing something for you starting about one month before your problems usually occur. A board certified psychiatrist is best qualified to help.
