Medication and books: If you can't afford therapy, have you considered or could you afford medications. You can often get samples or low cost treatment at mental health clinics. If not, i'd suggest to read as much as you can from reputable, professionally written books on the subject that highlight no cost strategies to manage the symptoms.

Insurance: Ask your insurance carrier about who is on their panel nearby where you live. If you have no insurance, see if you qualify for either Medicare or Medicaid. Both of those organizations have mental health services and practitioners as part of their services.
