It Depends.: It depends what is your glucose 2 hours after your breakfast, and what is your hga1c. If your hga1c is less than 7, the i would not worry too much about your fasting glucose of 130. We prefer your fasting glucose to be less than 110mg/dl. Post prandial glucose is much important , since that will determine what your hga1c wil be. Bottom line start with checking your hga1c and discuss with your pmd.
