Trigger foods?: Trigger foods are the foods that seem to make us lose our determination to stay in control with weight management. You know - like my old friends, cookies! i don't even let them in the house anymore. You certainly can have your favorite foods, but you will likely have to eat them in controlled portions, and eat them rarely! feeling better is worth it. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
