A member asked:

Are there any good over-the-counter medicine for internal hemorrhoids?

Yes: First line treatment of hemorrhoids involves stool softeners, a healthy high fiber diet to bulk stools, possible suggestion of lubricants to ease the passage of hard stools, sitz baths ( warm water) to ease discomfort and swelling, gentle hygiene with moistened tp or medicated wipes--all otc, not brand name specific and widely available anywhere. If symptoms persist, see your doc for other rx!

Answer: So far you have plenty of cream or wipes, if it doesn't work go to your doctor for a prescription.
