Have a good reason: The best way to get yourself out of bed in the morning is to have a good reason to do so -- something you're really looking forward to doing. Also, get restful sleep at night, at least 7-8 hours' worth. Steer clear of alcohol & other substances. Get plenty of exercise during the day too. See your doc if this is a recurrent problem -- sleep study may be needed to investigate and treat it.
