Not definitively: Peroxide, diluted correctly, is sometimes used as a mouthwash but wont solve many dental problems. Oral diseases vary in nature and cause. It is important to have a proper evaluation to identify what problems exist, and then discuss options for proper treatment. The term "oral disease" is simply too broad and encompasses a huge number of conditions. Best of luck, ask again with more specifics?

Which ones?: Hydrogen peroxide may act as a mild antiseptic and cleansing agent. Other than that it has little if any effect on what one might refer to as "oral diseases". It would be at the bottom of my list as a recommended treatment for anything that requires definitive treatment. It is not recommended for continual use.
