Symptoms differ: An is a fixed belief that one is "fat" that leads to calorie restriction, exercise, or both, despite actually being markedly underweight. Both are significant problems. Please have a complete physical exam to know if you have a physical illness. Then see a clinical psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for help coping and a Psychiatrist for medication. A support group can be helpful.
