Does anyone here think they are adding to or manipulating grains in our foods and hurting us?

They?: I am not sure who the "they" is referred to. However the food and drug administration is involved in testing various foods to ensure that they meet minimal health standards. My personal thought is that i don't believe that food manufacturers would manipulate food to harm the general population who purchase their products.
