How do i treat my anal fissure? i have chronic. been adding foods that have fiber? i dread going to the bathroom. it hurts really bad.

Get evaluated: I would see a general surgeon or proctologist (anus surgeon) to evaluate & discuss your options. If this is chronic there may be a need to remove the scarred site to allow it to heal easier. Diet & other care options can be discussed at the time.
