Simple to fix: The dominance of milk within our culture is partly driven by the dairy lobby. Many cultures do not drink it but find other sources of calcium like feta cheese. I find the simplest fix is the calcium in antacid tablets like tums. A couple a day can supply the needs of most adults. Be sure you have adequate vitamin D levels (your doc) because that is part of the equation.
