Have a Ball!: Use the cobra stretch to relieve back strain. Extend your arms while laying on your stomach. Rest your weight on your arms and let your low back relax and stretch. Also, get your neck out of your shoulders (turtle head out of the shell). Also, try sitting on a ball while working at computer.This will force you to use good posture.
