Get it checked now: The classic heart attack symptoms are severe/crushing chest pain, radiating to the left arm (at times also the right arm, both side of back, neck and jaw), shortness of breath, cold sweat, anxiousness, nausea, vomiting, and rapid hearbeat. These symptoms may vary, particular women may have very atypical symptoms. Since time to treatment is of utmost importance, you need to get this checked out now.

Maybe: It can be - heart pain can be most anywhere above the belt - people have even had teeth pulled to treat heart attacks. It takes a physician evaluation and testing to tell for sure.
