Nursing care: Yes certainly - as a patient you are entitled to privacy. There should have been a curtain before you were undressed.

Freedom of speech: This is a free country & you can complain about anything you want. Be aware that should you require any form of health care that it can and will often involve members of both sexes.Your care may involve access to you privates. There will be situations where your care may be given by someone of the opposite sex. You can always stay home and refuse them.
