Exercising to lose!: Exercise is the cornerstone of losing weight and keeping it off. Teenage obesity is on the rise compared to 20-30 years ago in large part due to the fact that today's teenagers are much less active. Video games, cable/satellite tv, computers, facebook and cell phones have made it less likely that teens will venture outdoors. More programs like the nfl play 60 are needed to encourage exercise!
