Don't do it: Discontinue the Minocycline if you are in a situation in which you might get pregnant. Consider changing it out for Erythromycin or a topical such as clindamycin.

Minocycline: Do not use Minocycline if you are pregnant. It could harm the unborn baby or cause permanent tooth discoloration later in life. Tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant during treatment.
