Yes: Dialysis is one type of renal or kidney replacement therapy. Dialysis can be blood or hemodialysis as well as fluid in the stomach cavity or peritoneal dialysis. Another form of renal replacement therapy is transplant. The most ideal kidney transplant usually comes from a living related donor, though there are multiple options. Good luck.
