Kind of: Just stay clear of your forearms and arms. You may have fistula/graft surgery at those locations in the future, messing up your artwork. Reputable parlors use clean needles but the ink is still vulnerable to cross contamination between patrons. The ink itself has been known to grow atypical mycobacterium that can then infect your dialysis access. Be aware.
