Dehydration: Are you using oral antihistamines? If so, this has a significant drying effect that can cause symptoms of dehydration. Allergies can cause significant fluid loss due to making tons of mucus. Not to mention that allergies are a significant drain on the immune system which can cause evaporative water loss.
