That's your bodies time to recuperate from fatigue are you eating well ? You are what you eat. Helpful tip: maximize work when are you most alert. When fatigue sets in, take a break, go get some air. Meditate on something positive. Finish the day strong!

Work snacks. : You should have a small meal of complex carbohydrates and lean protein. Few hundred calories, just enough to get you to your next meal. Fiber will keep you from getting hungry.
